There is documentation that shows she was a widow in October 1703, as she had to make a declaration of the assets and debts of her late husband, who died in July 1703. She also died intestate, and a copy of the declaration of her assets is stored in Lichfield Record Office (I have a copy). It was made by son-in-law James Cree on 11 April 1728, on behalf of his wife Elizabeth, daughter of Ann (1663-1728) and John Whitehead (1663-1703). She was buried in Bolsover 6 Feb 1728.
