Not sure of parentage. According to Buck-McLaren tree, father was William Buck, and the mother was most likely Ann Atkinson (1765-1795). Alternatively, it could have been Agnes Law, whom William Buck married 30 Oct 1797 at Garsdale. I would guess Ann Atkinson, who died 9 Oct 1795 (or 12 Oct 1795). Perhaps she died in childbirth and George was the result? Need to see burial records for Garsdale for 9 Oct 1795 and see if a child was born as well (note: didn't find any baptism for George) parents: William Buck b ?
