B 25 Nov 1732 at Dent (1472792) M 7 Jul 1754 at Dent (BSI - Barbara Smith transcripts of Marriages in Dent; also Dent BT FHL 207521 photo 1042) D 20 Feb 1813 at Lancaster (Quaker records, not a member). We do not have 100% evidence that this Thomas who died in Lancaster was "our" Thomas., However, the date of birth matches, and another indication is that his son John Edmondson, when he married Jane Skelton in 1787, is stated as being from Lancaster (even though born in Dent). So there was already a Lancaster connection. It is possible that Thomas moved to Lancaster following the death of his wife Agnes in 1810.
Of interest is what the Quakers (Society of Friends) wrote about our direct ancestor Thomas Edmondson b1732. We are descended from his son George, born 29 July 1768. "Thomas Edmondson a man who was denied by Friends for his misconduct and yet stands at a distance from being in unity with Friends nevertheless desired to have the birth of his children registered..." I wonder what young Thomas got up to to be refused membership of the Quakers! His wife Agnes came from a Quaker family, so something must have happened! It's all in our bloodline,,,
