B 1776 in Crich. No birth certificate found, but date of birth can be extracted from the 1841 and 1851 censuses (1776 1777 resp).
M 16 June 1806 in Ashover to Mary Buxton (of Ashover).
First child (Martha) born in Dethick, then Elizabeth and Thomas born in Crich, after that all other children born in Dethick.
D 2 April 1855 in Crich.
From Dethick to Crich is 3.5 miles, so it is possible they were living at the same place always, and baptised the children in different places.
