Baptism extract on findmypast practically illegible. Date looks to be 28 Sep 1778, could be 20 Sep 1778. Also, it looks like there could be twins, there could be two children baptised together. Other sources say an Elizabeth Arblaster. Need to see familysearch originals. Also, why were the baptisms performed at Stowe, Staffs, and not at Aldridge?
Married Violet (Rachel) Smith 1799. Then had lots of children from 1800-1822. Checked FHL 421582/4 (BT of Pelsall) and FHL 1471181/24-28 (PR of Pelsall), but no marriage found.. Marriage certificate seems to be 25 Mar 1799 at St Matthew Walsall but name was Rachel Smith. Was Violet a second name? FHL 421612 #352
