Confusion about "where" Heyford is. The parish of Nether Heyford (about 7m west of Northampton) includes the smaller Upper Heyford. If someone was baptised in "Heyford" this should be interpreted as Nether Heyford. Further confusion is also created by a small settlement just northeast of Northampton, also called Heyford, but it is not a parish, and can be discounted.
