Shared note

bp 16 Jun 1799 at Mallerstang, born at Aisgill (54.374960396569314, -2.346191788498604) (7m N Garsdale), father Thomas Buck of Dikes House Quarry (Aisgill ), mother Margaret Blades, FHL 1471762/12 #1409/2278. Later census return say she was born variously at Hawes, Kirby Stephen, Marton and Murton. So I decided to take the father's residence at the time, which was Dikes Hall Quarry, near Aisgill.

sister: Mary Buck bp 9 Aug 1797 at Kirkby Stephen.

d 2Q1881 at Etherley, Durham, buried 17 May 1881

It looks like she married again between 1861 and 1871 to a William Dodds, but there are so many William Dodds in the area of Etherley, Durham, that it is difficult to determine which one it was.
