There is a death of a John Warren 14 Apr 1756, in theory it could be the son, but much more likely it was the father, being as the death of a child is normally specified as "son of", and the fact that after 1756 there were no more offspring of John and Elizabeth.
Concerning his marriage, checked the Melbourne records back to 1744, no sign, so most likely John and Elizabeth came from somewhere else.
